We want to make it easy for you to return or exchange items purchased online.
Purchases from SimonsShoes.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase by mail or in-person at our Brookline boutique. No prior authorization is required.

Please note that time limits for returns and exchanges may vary based on where they were purchased. Purchases made in-store may be refunded within 3-days; you may receive an exchange or store credit up to 7-days after purchase.
