Easy Returns and Exchanges

We want to make it easy for you to return or exchange an item purchased online.

Purchases from may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase by mail or in-person at our Brookline boutique. Items must be returned in salable,  unworn condition and in original, usable packaging for a refund. No prior authorization is required.

Returns or Exchanges by Mail

Use the original packing materials to repack your item in the original shipping box, or one like it.

Use the included prepaid return label (making sure to cover the original shipping label entirely) and we will deduct $6.50 from your refund.

You may also choose your preferred shipping service and pay the return shipping fees directly.  Please ship your return to:

FedEx and USPS Priority Mail provide fast service and allow you to track your return online. Packages normally arrive at our store in 2-5 business days.

Returns from Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO must be sent via US Postal Service.

Fast Exchange

For the fastest service, please call Customer Service at 888-626-8748 to request a Fast Exchange. We'll place an order and ship your new size/shoe right away, and credit your card for the original purchase as soon as we receive your return.

Note: We'll need to charge the purchase price for the new item(s) at shipping.

Returns or Exchanges at Our Store

Purchases made on, through Simons Shoes on, by mail, phone or in-person at our Brookline boutique may be returned in-store for fast, friendly service.  

Please note, however, that time limits for returns and exchanges may vary based on where they were purchased. Purchases made in-store may be refunded within 3-days; you may receive an exchange or store credit up to 7-days after purchase.
