Giftcard FAQ

  • Standard GC: Gift cards may be used in the Simons Shoes retail store and at SimonsShoes.com  The value on this card does not expire. 

  • Promo GC:  Promotional gift cards are only valid for specific promotions and limited discounts as specified on the card. They are redeemable at SimonsShoes.com. One gift card per order. 

  • Gift cards are redeemable at the Simons Shoes (“Simons”) retail store and online at SimonsShoes.com  Gift cards are valid for regular and sale price purchases as detailed on the specific card. When redeeming promotional gift cards ($10 off, etc.), a maximum of one promotional gift card per promotion may be used per purchase, transaction, customer or address. Customers may combine one promotional gift card with unlimited standard (i.e. purchased) gift cards.  Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards or gift certificates. Gift cards have no cash value. Except where required by law, gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused balance of the gift card will remain until redeemed. Gift cards are not valid until payment has been successfully processed. Simons reserves the right to invalidate gift cards, without notice, should it receive a credit card chargeback, returned check or other form of repudiated payment made towards the gift certificate. Simons is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Reasonable and prudent steps are taken to verify the legitimacy of a redeemer and upon full redemption, the gift card will be identified as not valid for payment of any kind. Simons reserves the right to dishonor a gift card, if it reasonably believes it was not validly purchased, has already been redeemed, or the redeemer stole or is otherwise not the intended beneficiary of the purchaser. Simons will replace a valid lost gift certificate, provided the original gift certificate hasn't been redeemed and the replacement is issued to either the original purchaser or a verifiable recipient. Simons reserves the right to reverse or refuse service on any gift card purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser. Simons reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.

    SIMONS, ITS AGENTS AND AFFILIATES, MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE NUMBER OR BAR CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND SIMONS SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.  Gift certificates, and these Terms and Conditions, are subject to and governed by the laws of Massachusetts, without reference to its principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions should, for any reason, be held invalid, prohibited by law or unenforceable in any respect, such term will not apply. However, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall be enforced to the full extent permitted by law. A court of competent jurisdiction is hereby empowered to modify the invalid, prohibited or unenforceable provision to make it valid and enforceable.

    Purchases from Simons Shoes may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if purchased online.

    (In-store policy follows 7 days for returns and 14 days for exchanges.)

    Returns must be unworn and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.

    • Return By Mail

      1. Click here to submit your return. You will need your order number given in your confirmation email that begins with a #, and email address you used at checkout. Once approved you will be emailed your prepaid USPS return label.

      2. Repack your order using the original packing materials and shipping box.

      3. Cover the box’s original shipping label with the prepaid return label that was included with your order. $6.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover your return shipping.

      Returns from an international address are the responsibility of the shipper. Returns from Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO must be sent via US Postal Service.

    • Return At Our Store

      Take your items to our Brookline store located at 282 Harvard Street in Brookline’s Coolidge Corner during store hours. Our staff will be happy to assist you.

    • Fast Exchange

      Need a different size? Start your fast exchange either by calling Customer Service at 888-626-8748 or visiting our Returns Page. We'll place an order and ship your new size/shoe right away. Your card will be credited for the original purchase as soon as we receive your return.
      Note: We'll need to charge the purchase price for the new item(s) at shipping.
