In downtown Boston, on the eve of Hurricane Sandy, while I was on my last minute run to the grocers, I had the unfortunate luck of being caught in the midst of bustling winds and pool of rain. The boots I was wearing were design friendly but poor quality.... Man oh man, did my feet pay the price! Drenched in the cold rain, my feet were bruised, cold, and wet.
As I look at the Kamik collection from Simons, I can't help but wonder... If only I had these, my feet would have stayed warm and dry... Oh well, before the next hurricane hits us, I'll make sure I have these in my closet:
