Easy Returns and Exchanges

We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. We want to make it easy.

Return or exchange your SimonsShoes.com items by mail or at our store within 30 days of your purchase. No authorization from customer service is required.

Returns or Exchanges by mail in two easy steps

 

  1. Use the original packing materials to repack your item.

  2. Use the included pre paid label, Affix the return label to the outside of the box so that it covers the original label. Please note that your refund will be reduced by $6.50 if you use the prepaid return label.

Returns from Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO must be sent via US Postal Service.

FedEx, our preferred option, allows you to track your return online and provides fast service, with packages arriving at our facility in 2-5 business days.

Returns sent via US Postal Service arrive at our facility in 3-8 business days, depending on your location. No online tracking information is available for packages shipped via US Mail.

If you choose not to use our prepaid label, you will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Please ship your return to:

Fast Exchange
For the fastest service, call Customer Service at 888-626-8748 to request a Fast Exchange. We'll place an order for your new item right away. We'll need to charge you the purchase price, but once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.

Whether you purchased your item on SimonsShoes.com, by mail, by phone or at our store, visit our  store for fast, friendly service. Please keep in mind that in-store and online/phone/mail purchases have different time limits.
