A: Shopping at SimonsShoes.com is safe. The SimonsShoes.com Safe Shopping Guarantee backs every credit card purchase you make at SimonsShoes.com, and our site is protected by SSL encryption technology.
2. Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
3. Q: I want to return or exchange my purchase! What do I do?
A: You may exchange or return any item within 30 days as long as it is returned in its original condition. Although we have some items sent directly from the manufacturer to you, all returns should be sent to:

4. Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-7 business days, not including weekends/holidays. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
5. Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: The following shipping options are available when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 3pm EST on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.
Overnight: $30.00 for the first pair plus $15.00 for each additional pair
2nd Day: $19.00 for the first pair plus $9.00 for each additional pair
3 Day: $15.00 for the first pair plus $7.00 for each additional pair
Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
6. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for all orders.
7. Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States ?
A: We ship to all US States and Territories. Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.
8. Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
9. Q: What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
A: : We only charge one flat fee of $4.00 no matter how many pairs of shoes you order. These shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground within the continental USA and usually take no more than 5 business days
10. Q: When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
A: Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment.
11. Q: I want to know if you carry a specific brand/color/size/width?
A: Click on the pulldown menus to the right of the large shoe image on the product detail page. There you will see the available colors and sizes for that shoe. If you do not find what you are looking for please contact us via the bellow means to discuss a special order.

No. Massachusetts (and Simons Shoes!) does not charge sales tax on shoes and clothing!
