SHIPPING: For the following additional charges we can arrange express delivery:
Overnight: $30.00 for the first pair plus $15.00 for each additional pair
2nd Day: $19.00 for the first pair plus $9.00 for each additional pair
3 Day: $15.00 for the first pair plus $7.00 for each additional pair
The shipping companies do not count the day of shipment or weekends/holidays when figuring the transit time.

RETURN POLICY: You may exchange or return any item within 30 days as long as it is returned in its original condition. Although we have some items sent directly from the manufacturer to you, all returns should be sent to:

ORDER STATUS: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "Your Account" link at the top of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an order confirmation by email within 24 hours. This confirmation will give you the order number, the total value of the merchandise, and tracking number.

TRACKING NUMBERS: If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an email with the shipper's tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). We usually provide this information within two days of you placing your order. If you deleted or never received this email, please contact us and we'll be glad to provide you with the shipper's tracking information.

Changes to Your Order and Backorders: We're sorry, orders cannot be changed once they've been submitted. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it.
